The Wretched Spawn es el noveno álbum de Cannibal Corpse, distribuido por Metal Blade Records en 2004. La portada muestra a una mujer dando a luz a un monstruo, si bien existe una versión censurada que muestra en su lugar la escultura de una calavera. El disco se distribuyó con un DVD de regalo que muestra un "cómo se hizo", "The Making of The Wretched Spawn"; también existe una edición limitada que incluye el EP Worm Infested.
